I believe that most people have the tools within themselves to set goals, grow as individuals and to solve the problems in which they are experiencing. However, there are times when people become overwhelmed by life’s difficulties making it difficult for them to see their own potential. I help facilitate people to identify the contexts in which their problems exist and set/accomplish goals for behavioral change, relationship improvement and emotional growth.
I have 15 years of experience working with a diverse population of clients with a wide breadth of mental health and relational issues. I am collaborative, systems oriented, non-judgmental and strengths-based in my therapeutic approach. You are the expert of your own experience, but I will help you maximize positive outcomes.
